					<description><![CDATA[GitHub 後來有推出 watching release only 的功能，就看大家喜歡用 GitHub notification 還是 RSS 了，使用的場景不太相同，RSS 可以直接在滿多工具中直接整合、而且不必綁 GitHub 帳號就能收，透過 RSS reader 或 Slack 收通知也都是不錯的作法
